We come across so much waste on a daily basis that we just know it’s right to fix something rather than throw it out. Almost all furniture can be fixed and often for fairly little money. Quite apart from the fact that you might love a piece it’s better in every way to repair or restore it. Just email us with a query or send a photograph and we’ll give you an estimate.
It makes sense to re-paint or re-finish
Sometimes we just get tired of a piece of furniture but that still doesn’t mean it is useless. We often have customers come to us with a piece they want to give a new life to. This can be re-painting or even adapting to a new function. With your imagination and our help you can re-use furniture and avoid adding to the pile at the local dump.
A piece can last generations
Everyone can relate to a treasured piece of furniture. Sometimes it’s a dining set we grew up with, or perhaps it’s an old chair our grandparents had. Whether it’s a treasured item for restoration or something you commission from us as tomorrow’s heirloom, we like the thought of it lasting for generations and not helping top up a land fill site.
